Philanthropist, Humanitarian, Neuroscientist, Best-Selling Author, Motivational Speaker, Life Image Coach and Business Consultant. Dr. Baldwin's son (Andrew Brugal Baldwin) passed away from cancer in August of 2008, thus making her very passionate about bringing smiles and encouragement to terminally ill children and their families. It is for this reason she founded this organization, to campaign and assist by giving hope and providing a means of making dreams/wishes a reality, even if only for a moment.

DR. TIFFANY BALDWIN

Philanthropist, Women’s Rights Activist, Microbiologist and Medical Doctor. Dr. Tiffany Baldwin co-founded The Andrew Brugal Baldwin Memorial Foundation in honor of her 17-year-old nephew who sadly lost his battle with Lymphoma, but had a heart for Philanthropy. As a survivor of domestic violence, she dedicates her free time to helping both mothers and children in overcoming their trauma through her work at the ABBMF.

Community Influencer, Real Estate Professional, Certified Life Coach, Family & Child Advocate, Homeless Coalition, Habitat for Humanity, & Veterans Affairs. Litra, is the Executive Director of Rebirth Enhancement Services a Behavioral Health facility Accredited by The Joint Commission. With over 20 years in the real estate industry, and a Certified Life Coach & Team Base Coordinator for American Airlines under the supervision of the ICISF. Litra brings to the ABBM Foundation a wealth of experience & knowledge, as well as her indomitable spirit to reach the masses!

JIMMY BALDWIN

Jimmy Baldwin brings a vast array of expertise and value to the ABBM Foundation. He is an Expert Pedagogist, Educational Consultant, Life-long Learner, fluent in Multiple Languages (English, Spanish, French & German), Executive Life Coach and Yogi.
His noted work and research extends to over twenty-five years of providing service to families of various backgrounds and needs. His philanthropic work includes numerous charitable organizations world-wide.

SYLVIA GOTAY

Treasurer
A graduate of one of the top ten Senior City University of New York (CUNY), she graduated from Bernard M. Baruch City University as a Certified Accountant. After graduating from the university, she became a certified lifeguard through which she provided self-rescuing skills in the aquatic environment to women and children. Additionally, she has provided spiritual guidance for the masses. Sylvia's vast wealth of knowledge in accounting has allowed her philanthropic work to extend to this and other charitable organizations.

A graduate of Facultad Latinoamericanana de Teologia (FLET) with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. His experience with finance, communications, and customer relations for over fifteen years allows for an even wider constituent and donor base to be reached in our organization. Having had an integral role in raising Andrew, he shares his heartbeat for philanthropy.

DR. LAURA KEANE-HOWARD

Director of Operations
A graduate of Queen Mary's University Bart's and The London Medical School. Dr. Keane-Howard has a massive heart toward children in need. She adds value to the ABBM Foundation by shining her light brightest when it comes to providing excellent Mental Health healing.

Director of Communications
Susan Goldblatt is an Information Technology professional with over 30 years of global experience (Europe, Asia and Latin America); across many industries. She holds a BS in Computer Science, an MBA in Finance and a Ph.D. in Business Management. Bronx-born and raised, Susan joined The ABBM Foundation with the vision and drive to improve upon our Non-Profit Organization, leveraging her New York values, worldwide experience and focused on developing the organization with creative communication, strategic thinking and integrity.
